A small vintage bamboo steamer, most likely from the early 1960's; it can be used to store small things such as art supplies, seed packets, cotton balls, bedside table necessities...or use it to steam vegetables.
It has the gravitas of all things aged and cared for and a number of things make it special: The patina from use over the years is incredible, giving it the polished glow of antique pine, smooth from use and care.
It's in good used condition and at a charming 6"h x 7"w the smaller size makes it feel like a special object rather than something ordinary.
